No, you can't believe everything you hear/read, but the face (especially the eyes) don't lie. If anyone wants to know the truth, look in the eyes. You can tell a lot about a person right there. Well, I decided to actually read some news clippings on DiCaprio since I've got a break at work. I'm glad to see that he won his case against Playgirl. They need to learn that they can't get away with that shit. However, some of the names that were mentioned as part of his "crowd" does not impress me whatsoever. He's obviously hanging around the wrong crowd, and they say that you're judged by the company that you keep. I understand he's still in that "young, dumb, and full of ***" stage, but I hope he gets his mess together before it ruins him (and I'm not just speaking of his career). He does seem to be a little scrawny and his face does show signs of partying. I hope this is not the case, because believe me...I know how this kind of life can ruin a life! Tina, let's not forget "Round and Round" or "Smoking in the Boys Room." Yeah, I use to be a headbanger: Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath, Twisted Sister, Ted Nugent. Of course there's that good 'ol rock 'n' roll: Bad Company, Eagles, Foghat, 38 Special, Heart, Led Zepplin, etc. Believe me, I also had an attitude to go with it! Hey, people change. You know, for some reason I picture DiCaprio as being the "surfer" type in his teen years. I haven't seen old pictures of him, but that's how I picture him. By the way, and this is to everyone: what do you think about the "Romeo and Juliet" movie he's in. I wasn't even aware he played in that movie. I saw the very beginning of it and cut it off. I really didn't care too much for it; the setting was in the wrong era and kind-of made the movie a little on the stupid side. The setting just doesn't go along with Shakespeare's play. I've seen "Titanic" and "Man in an Iron Mask" (or whatever), both which were excellent films, but quite frankly, I'm surprised "Romeo and Juliet" didn't turn out to be a flop. How about some feedback?

Hi Leann, Nadie: the part where Leo hits Kate in the face is at the end when the second half of the ship hits the water for the second time. It looks like Cameron should have used stunt actors cause when the ship hits the water Leo's hand with the handcuff hits Kate in the face and she reacts like anyone would, with pain! So far, I've been able to identify two other scenes where the actors are stunts replacing Leo and Kate. Can you identify them too? I remember when this message board was removed, and I was so upset, but we just need to ignore all the idiots out there. Sami, I can't speak for other fans, but I can speak for me. I see a lot in Leo--the fact that he knows who he is, that he doesn't try to impress anybody, that he hangs onto his family and friends instead of letting all this fame go to his head like some other actors, and the fact that he doesn't care what "they" think--meaning the media and the tabloids and the public. he just knows who he is. i might also mention that another reason i like him is because he's cute. meaning he's incredibely adorable but that's not the only reason.

I have comments for two people. For SelenaRose and anonymousnotbychoice. For starters, Anonymous, I happen to be a very big Leo fan. I have posters of Titanic, all of which have Leo in them (I think), and I have pictures and magazines of him everywhere. I have his name in a heart in just about every journal of mine, and his name in MY heart, and I sill put my name on my messages, don't I? Yes i do. so i would really appreciate it if you didn't say Leo fans that love him the most, because I love him SO much and I don't put "anonymous" on my messages. And SelenaRose, i don't want to be rude, but where do you get off saying things like that? I'm sure you love Leo and you want him all for you, but you don't have to lie about other fans (considering Leo probably doesn't visit this page. that'd be really coneited when you think about it.) I mean, you don't know every single Leo fan in the entire world. I happen to be a Leo fan that'd probably be a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being LOOOOOVE!!!!! I don't love Leo only for his looks. Yes he is hella cute--he does have those wonderful, piercing eyes and that run-your-fingers-through-it hair and he does have a binding smile, but that's only one reason I love him. He trusts only his instincts on what parts to choose, not the media's instinct or the tabloid instinct. he doesn't care what the media or tabloids say--he knows who he is. and he doesn't try to impress anyone, he just impresses them naturally. he was born with indesribably talent, i'll bet you, because he's obviously indescribably amazing on the screen (and off), but he's never taken a single acting class!!! now what do you think? you're not the only one who loves Leo for more than one reason, so why don't you stop acting like you are?

It is sad to see so many of you who really believe that you are Leonardo's man/woman... It's an addiction..
